フラットカッター

数年前から購入しようと思っていましたが、なかなか手に入れずにいたフラットカッター。缶を潰すには最高です。カワスキですと、手のひらが痛くなりますよね。

赤い部分をつかみ缶底にグサッと刺して押すだけ。指は切断しないでね。

1000個近く空缶ができたので、思いっきりカットしまくりました。やはり便利ですね。





ケミアスルーフ常温硬化型塗膜防水Chemias roof normal temperature hardening type coating waterproofing

資材が搬入されました。荷上げと資材の配置です。今回の搬入分は50%位らしいです。

Material was carried in. It is load advance and placement of the material. This import seems to be around 50%.

既設防水層(塩ビ)の立上面の撤去、撤去部入隅の仮防水、立上ボード加工、立上面防水(2層)、床面(2層)、保護塗装の工程で行います。

 I perform it by the removal of the setup side of the existing waterproofing layer (polyvinyl chloride), the temporary waterproofing of the removal department case corner, setup board processing, setup side waterproofing (two levels), floor (two levels), a process of the protection painting.

施工するフロアーはROOF1～ROOF5に区分けされています。一部架設があり、他のROOF区分に影響があるので、架設がある区分を専攻しなければと考えています。まずは立上面撤去部に集中する事になるでしょう。

The floor undertaking construction is divided by ROOF1 - ROOF5. Because there is some construction and influences the other ROOF division, I think that I do not major in division with the construction. At first I will concentrate on the setup side removal department.

ウレタン防水X-2 Urethane coating waterproofing reinforcement mesh

パラペット天端・立下り部分のウレタン塗膜防水X-2工法です。プライマーを塗布し乾燥後、補強用メッシュを貼ります。メッシュはウレタン防水材で目止めを行います。
It is the urethane coating waterproofing X-2 method of construction of the para-pet part. I apply a primer and, after drying, put mesh for reinforcement. The mesh performs a filler in urethane coating waterproofing materials.

段差がある部分は手間がかかりますが、仕上がりが楽しみです。

The part with the step takes effort, but looks forward to the finish.

ウレタン塗膜防水はどんなに歪でもシームレスに仕上がります。
Even if the urethane coating waterproofing is distorted, I am finished seamlessly.



この後、3工程あります。仕上がり後、更新します。

9/6　記事をまとめたかったので続きます。

パラペットのウレタン防水X-2工法は、ウレタン防水メッシュ目止め後、ウレタン防水を２回塗り込みました。

The urethane coating waterproofing X-2 method of construction of the para-pet plastered two times of urethane coating waterproofing after an urethane coating waterproofing mesh filler.

突然の雷雨にも遭遇しましたが、想定内でしたので被害は少なく済みました。
I met with a sudden thunderstorm, but there was few it and finished the damage because I was expected.



屋上防水劣化現象 deterioration phenomenon of the roof waterproofing

某施設の屋上防水の劣化状況です。
It is the deterioration situation of the roof waterproofing of a certain institution.

既設防水層には、苔、雑草、泥、鳥の巣がありました。

An aqueous layer-proof had moss, a weed, mud, the nest of the bird.

丹念に清掃し、防水層の状況を確認しました。

I cleaned carefully and confirmed the situation of the aqueous layer-proof.

正確な床面・立上面の状況が目視できました。施工は来週です。複合的な工法になります。

I was able to see the situation of the accurate floor / setup side. The  construction is next week. I become the compound method of construction.

竣工後、更新します。

After the completion, I update it.

9/6　この記事の続きです。

Because I was completed, 9/6 is the continuance of this article.

防水下地が出来たようです。6mmのスレート板で作られています。

A waterproofing base seems to have been made. It is made with a slate board of 6mm.

段差は樹脂系モルタルで補修しました。

I repaired the step with resin-based mortar.

天端部は水性アスファルト塗膜防水になるそうです。段差と空壁は補修が必須です。

become the aqueous asphalt coating waterproofing. In the step and the empty wall, repair is required.

前日の雨で下地がぬれている状態です。乾燥後、アスファルトプライマー。下地活性材を塗布します。

It is the state that a base gets wet with because of rain of the day before. After drying, it is an asphalt primer. I apply groundwork activity materials.

床面には下地活性材、立上面にはアスファルト系プライマーを塗布しています。
I paint floor with the materials which perform recovery of the groundwork. I paint a setup side with an asphalt primer.

It is a continuance

床面・立上面はAS-1工法(2層張り)です。
The floor / setup side is AS-1 method of construction (two levels of tension)

天端は元請の指示により、アスファルト系塗膜防水になりました。
By the instructions of the original contractor, the waterproofing terminal became the asphalt system coating waterproofing.

黒くなった部分がアスファルト系塗膜防水です。
The part which became black is asphalt system coating waterproofing.

仕上げ塗料は水性塗料で、シルバー色を塗布しました。
The finish paint applied a silver color with water-based paint.
